中考体育考试项目总分50分,其中身高标准体重占5分,握力体重指数10分,跳绳15分,男子1000米、女子800米20分。

三、石嘴山中考体育备考及注意事项
中考体育中长跑时,由于机体能量消耗大,因此对氧气的需要量增加。为了保证机体对氧气的需求,呼吸必须有一定的频率和深度,还必须与跑的步伐相配合,要三步一呼,三步一吸。就是向前跑三个单步,一直保持吸气,再跑三个单步,一直呼气。
如果气短,做不到,就改成二步一呼二步一吸。注意:嘴不要张的太大,否则,进冷气会肚子痛。如果是400米标准场地,就是两圈半,在最后200米时,要用尽全身力气,向前冲,这时可以大口呼吸,直到冲过终点。一定能取得好成绩。
